Some owners have come to notice that we have not receive the bill for water usage since handing over on June 2008. Residents not wish to receive the bill of water usage later which the ammount is accumulated back from June 2008.
It is also a concern of the residient that the water usage charge is at commercial rate, in which is double of the price of normal residential rate.
By googling, if the land status of the condo is commercial, one can expect that the quit rent, assessment and the utilities bills will be charged at commercial rate which is higher than the rate for residential status.
This issue should be raised by the residents to the management office from time to time, in order to find out more about the statuses.
